Dance Inspired Fitness
A dance fitness cardio workout for all ages and abilities. Fun and easy to follow choreography based in Latin, jazz, hip hop, and even a little Broadway, set to current popular music. Dance Inspired Fitness is more than a workout. It’s a place where you can let go and have fun! Our class motto is “When in doubt, SHAKE IT!”
Recommended equipment:
Water bottle. Fitness shoes you feel comfortable moving in. Cross trainers often work well.

Dance Barre Strength
A weight lifting class choreographed to music! Doing a million squats or bicep curls can get pretty boring. In Dance Barre Strength, we build strength and balance using barre, Pilates and traditional weight lifting exercise all while moving to the music…so it’s fun! (Or at least as fun as a squat can get!) All fitness levels welcome! No dance experience required!
Recommended equipment:
Mat and water bottle. Most participants do not wear shoes and do the class barefoot. There is an assortment of weights and resistance bands available, but also feel free to bring your own!

Questions
How do I buy a package?
Click on the “Buy this Package” button. You can buy a 10, 15 or 20 class package. Cash, check or venmo is accepted.
How do packages work?
Once you purchase a class package, you will be sent a link to your online class package tracker. You will easily be able to see your purchased class packages and how many classes you have left. Each time you attend a class, a class will be subtracted from your total. Packages do not expire!
Can anyone take a class?
All ages and abilities are welcome at our classes!
Do I need to bring anything to class?
Dance Inspired Fitness:

What shoes do I wear?
Dance Inspired Fitness.
Cross trainers work well for a lot of people. The most important thing is to wear a shoe that you feel comfortable in and gives you support. Just a heads up! You will need to bring a separate pair of shoes to workout in. Street shoes are not allowed on the dance floor.
Dance Barre Strength:
Most participants choose to do this class barefoot.
